Meet (more of) Christina Trifero

Christina Trifero

I may be scared, but I’ll do it anyway.

I’ve got an ever-evolving book rotation from the self-reflective to the silly. I recommend these to clients often:

  • Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender by David Hawkins.

  • Humankind: A Hopeful History by Rutger Bregman

  • The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron

  • No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma and Restoring Wholeness with the Internal Family Systems Model by Richard Schwartz

  • Outrageous Openness by Tosha Silver

  • Braided Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

I’m a surfer that doesn’t know how to surf. Get me on a paddleboard and I’ll be out there forever.

I always say yes to a coastal road trip.

I was almost a Philosophy major but pursued a Masters in Communication instead.

I’ve been accredited by the International School of Clairvoyance— a rigorous training and certification process for psychic mediums around the world.

I know my way around a Birth Chart. I’m a Scorpio Sun, Gemini Rising, Capricorn Moon. And I’m a Generator in Human Design.

I am a graduate of “The Art and Science of Lucid Dreaming” taught by Fabrian Bogzaran, PhD at California Institute of Integral Studies.

A few of my personal mentors and coaches in this work include women with expertise and integrity : Nikki Novo, Kate Van Horn, and Tosha Silver.

The Spirit Guides I’m asking for help lately are Mayhayley Lancaster, Mary Oliver, my Grandpa Frank, and my favorite California Oak tree.

I am walking the walk. I’ve gone through a myriad of personal challenges and transformations. Before committing to this important work full time, I’ve followed my many passions and successfully reinvented my career over several times. One of the gifts of ADHD. I’ve transitioned from Corporate America to Silicon Valley to solopreneur. I am in sales and creative brand writing and am a voice actor. I’ve recovered from heartbreak and disordered eating. I’ve been lucky to build community in 6 places I’ve called home.

“I believe that I wanted to be a poet,

but deep down

I just wanted to be a poem.”
